What is it “The India Geography Quiz”? As  the name suggests it is a quiz on the geography of India. It is open to anyone between 5 and 13 with their parent.  Online on telegram The first phase is online on telegram.  The quiz will be held on all Saturdays beginning 30 th   March till 15th June. That is a total of 12 Saturdays. The question will be put up on telegram and all participants will get 30 seconds to type in their answers. A team is required to choose a maximum of 10 sessions. This is an Open Book Quiz that you can take from anywhere. Both parent & child play the quiz together. The actual quiz time is 15 minutes - 15 questions & 30 seconds to answer each question. Heetankshi Rushabh Dharamshi is a dynamic person who is always enthusiastic and ready to unlearn and relearn! She is an avid traveler, a mountaineer and a fearless explorer at heart. She was working as a journalist with DNA unearthing social stories bravely. Today she is a full-time Mother of an almost 3-year lovely son and is one of the most loving and positive parents I know! She along with two other parents has done a lot of research about various styles of learnings and various possibilities of setting up a learning center for children. Their group has established freedom and love based learning space in Mulund west called “ Sanskarkendra “. This center is a safe zone for children to enjoy in a community. Being such a huge doctrine of centuries of wisdom, Ayurved has a very unique take on the subject of food.  Two things are very important in food : 1. Nutrition 2. Digestion The second, digestion being more important than the first. Today, all our focus is on nutrition. But whatever you intake, if digestion is not proper, you gain nothing out of it.
